«

Can someone point me a a step by step for creating a Hunt group? We published a new DID and I want the receptionists to be able to answer a call made to that DID even if it is "busy".
Thanks!

Go to Users/groups add a huntgroup with the DID number. Add the receptionist in that group and add a RAD into the group. The RAD is needed to make the Huntgroup queue external calls.

or even a multicall line. One which rings on a line on each phone including the operators (assuming no console, I'm not sure you can have a multicall on a console....)?

I would say the multicall option would works best for you, unless you have consoles.
