Adding a new voice mail prompt language

Hi

I want to add a new language as voice mail prompt language. I am using 3300CXi and the ICP has no Turkish voice mail promt announcements, but i saw the Turkish language as voice mail prompt language in another 3300 CX.

How is it possible?

What version of MCD software is your system running?

MCD software is 5.0.

System software is 8.0.5.12.

hang on.... is the 3300 running MCD 5 or R8?

I am using R8 on my system. I need to add another voice mail language, but there is no info about how can i found and load.

The languages are built into he software load. You will need to upgrade your system to get additional vmail languages

This problem has been solved after system upgrade.
