I have a building that has numerous slips. So many slips that faxes do not work but not so much that voice traffic is not affected. Typically in the area of 570 an hour.
I have tried putting the fax machine on a different plid as well as using multiple different data and voice cable runs in the same vicinity.
I have tried reloading the ONS card, manually reseating the card and also replaced the ONS card.
I replaced the kentrox cable that runs from the sx2000 pbx to the kentrox box, replaced the kentrox box with a known working kentrox and also replaced the cable from the kentrox to AT&T's T1 card.
Just now tried replacing the DS1 Formatter in hopes that an unlikely fix would work but still no go.

AT&T has tried to work with me a little bit and I believe a few other things but they keep saying that there line is ok.
They tried a different T1 card.
I have multiple buildings that I manage that also have T1's to them and the few that also show slips are not high enough to cause problems yet and go figure those are on different circuits on AT&T's side. We do have other buildings as well and go figure here too, the ones that are on the same circuit as the problem T1 aren't showing any slips at all.
