Finding locked out extensions
« on: April 22, 2012, 07:12:08 AM »
Hi all,
as you're well aware when you use "alarms" command and system shows 5 line alarms it mean there are 5 analog  lines or IP phones are in manbusy state,

How can I find extensions that are in Locked out state at the moment ?

Thank You All Experts In Advance

Try the "show faults" command.
i.e.  Show fault lines

That should narrow it down to the card.  Then you can stat the card.
