Disabling Auto Answer

I have a Mitel 3300ICP.  I installed a new 5340 phone and I can't seem to disable the Auto Answer feature.  I programmed an Auto Answer button to verify that it was disabled.  I even disabled auto answer for the COS.  Not sure what else I am missing.

Run the maint command "Locate Feature Extension (ext)" to verify that auto answer is on.

If so, and you have already checked the places you mentioned I would suggest using the superkey on the set itself to see if it is enabled there.

I would think if the COS has it disabled that it would not work but I have been wrong once before, I think.
