I'm new here, but having an issue... of course.
We've rolled out a new site with all UCA, using the Savi W440. Problem is the button on the headset won't register- the answer/hang up button.
The headsets listed as compatible in the Admin guide are all old- dare I say it looks like Mitel are falling behind with their compatibility lists? Is there any way to make this headset work? It's pretty embarrassing to have to install old headsets on a brand-new system.
Anyone got a little help? So far I'm hitting a brick wall of "check the admin guide".
