Mitel 3300 Transfer to VM

If my phone is ringing is there a way i can transfer to VM without picking up the call.

We would rather not use do not disturb, because we only want to do this to selective calls.

Try this:
Forward your phone to voice mail on an always condition.  Then turn it off.
Now when a call comes in to your prime line you should see a "forward" button pop up.
Hit the button.
