dlmcommandprotocol processmessage denied access
« on: January 15, 2016, 06:08:30 PM »
Good Evening,

I have a big issues that I am trying to resolve, I need to Re-IP our DLM, everything on the change went good until an hour later I started getting license violation errors. looking at the logs I can see the following:

dlmcommandprotocol processmessage denied access

I have contacted mitel support and they are looking into this, my DLM has contacted the AMC correctly just all my cluster nodes cannot access the DLM controller.

Any suggestions?

Thank you,

Have you deleted the DLM ARID from the MCD, then re-associated it, then done a full sync to all network elements? That fixes most licensing issues...
