There's a couple of ways to do this.
You'll have to look up your feature codes to try.
(1) program a button on the phone to dial <remote DND FAC>+<ACD Path>
The "path unavailable" option should be programmed to go to VM.
You'll need to program this as a "user speed call" to get all the digits in.

(2) program a button to dial the "Call forward Remote" FAC button.     The code is <FAC><Path number><VM Pilot>

Note: your COS must allow both of these features.

Also note: you'll need to program a "off" button for each of these.

Thank you,

The costumer has a easy acd express. He wants to forward to a CELL PHONE. Is that also possible? Because you mention to go to the voicemail?

Greetz,

Tinus.

It's possible.
Set up a system speed dial that has the "override toll control' option enabled and forward to that speed dial.
