ACd Reporting issue

Hello

Hoping for some advice/suggestions ...

We recently set up a new ACD queue - hunt group number forwarded to a path with agent groups. The problems is when we report on this path it doesn't show any stats. However, if you call internally directly to the path number the statistics show up fine.
The path functions perfectly okay as programmed, the whole issue is with the stats.
Also, two days ago a second, established queue started doing the same thing - suddenly stopped giving stats on reports, but still produces stats if you ring the path number direct.
All reporting numbers and general config are okay.
