I have a Cx running MCD 4.0 SP2 and there is one Teleworker set that will not call out, it returns "Invalid" when you finish dialing. There is another TW phone in the same building that works fine so I don't think that has anything to do with it. The odd part is that all of the sets have the same COS, COR, Intercept and Interconnect. The set in question can dial extensions at the main office where the 3300 and trunks are located. I can see the call hit the system when I do a CCS trace and that looks fine to me. Any ideas on what would cause this?
