One mailbox after an MLAA
« on: August 23, 2011, 08:12:30 PM »
Hi there,

Hopefully someone can help me out with a solution.

I'm running a 3300 MCD 4.2.

We have a fairly basic MLAA that just transfers to either a hunt group or analog extensions.

The customer has asked for all the calls to go to the same mail box if they are not answered.

I have tried passing them through ACD paths, Name tag hunt groups and even speed calls but they always end up in their respective mailbox that they are transferred to when leaving the MLAA.

Is there a work around??? or am i doing it wrong???

I'm assuming you're using the embedded VM since the ACD work around didn't work.

I would have thought the name tag hunt group would have worked.
How did you set that up?

Ralph

Thanks Ralph,

Yeah the Name tag hunt group is the answer.

I came into the job halfway, I ended up just deleting the previous programming and starting again.

Works now!

Cheers
