Mitel AWC conference call question - Muting calls

Is there way I can set all non leader participants to automatically dial in "muted".  A request came in for this to me because they are being forced to manually mute everybody before starting training sessions.

I believe the newest release does this. I think it came out last week. I could be wrong since I haven't installed it yet.

o   The creator of a conference can specify if users join the conference in muted state. This muted state applies only to participants, not leaders.

Latest release.  I believe it just came out alst week.

You need AWC Rel 3.10. This is one of the new features;

When a user creates a conference, a new setting is available to have all participants join the conference muted.
