NuPoint UM 4.2 and Music Match Client

I was just going through the release notes of NuPoint UM 4.2 and saw that one of the Client options required Music Match 8.20.0130.

My question is: What is Music Match and how would you use it with NuPoint?

Music Match used to be a Media Player client similair to Windows Media Player, and Real Player.  I believe it was bought by Yahoo!
