5550 IP Console

First post, so thanks for the forum.

I have a 5550 IP Console and trying to change the incoming amount of rings.  When our receptionist is on the line and another call comes in she doesn't have enough time to put the call on hold and pick up the new line.  is there a setting on the IP Console or on the 3300 where we can adjust the length of time a incoming call will ring?

Find the COS of the console.
Towards to the bottom of form is the "Call Forward No Answer" timer.   
Change it there.
