Tapatalk appears to have been resolved.... maybe.
Tapatalk sent a message saying it's been resolved and he tested it ok.

But, I had v2win test and his fails.
I had Kurt test and his worked just fine.   
Kurts was a fresh install.   v2win will try and reset his.
