To setup the AA greetings log into the admin mailbox (9999 if you have 4-digit mailboxes). The prompts will walk you through the options, I think 4 for greetings, 1 for primary and then 1 for Day, 2 for night and 3 for alt (this is from memory so I may be a little off).

Is that what you are looking for?

Just a friendly warning about the admin mailbox.
When you first log in you will have option #1 that says something like "To begin a new installation and erase the current one, press 1"
If you do that you will delete your entire voice mail system.   - In general that isn't a good thing so never press option 1 unless you really mean it.

That is a fairly important warning!

I guess that is why Mitel setup our Auto-attendant on another mailbox.
