I am working on a Mitel SX-200, and I am not really a Mitel guy, but there was no one else in the area so I agreed to check it out. All the phones are down on bay 3, and the main unit shows a major alarm. When I log into the alarm console in hyperterminal it shows me 100% phones are down major alarm on bay 3. The alarm light on bay 3 isn't even on though. I also looked at the installed/program card list, and every unit listed the same cards programmed and installed except for bay 3 which only showed them as programmed and not installed. My first guess is that bay 3 is just dead as this all happened after a major storm. I don't really know any Mitel dealers off the top of my head, or even where to start to verify exactly whats broken, and where to get new parts.
I am basically looking for any suggestion on how to get it up and running, and if any of you deal in Mitel, and can help me confirm what exactly is broken(if anything) I will gladly purchase the replacement parts from you.
