3300 ACD Path Name / Question
« on: February 03, 2011, 03:53:32 PM »
The Path interflow and overflow answer point is a hunt group and the members of the hunt group are ringing keylines on a PKM of a 5324 set (receptionist non-agent). When a call is presented to the path (via DNIS) and is un-answered and is interflowed or overflowed the display on the receptionist phone (while ringing) displays the path DN and not the path name. Is there a way to display the path name during the ringing cycle?

Check the COS of the ringing phone.  I believe there is an option for that.

Ralph, was this the COS option you were thinking of?

After Answer Display Time:

Enter the length of time (0-60 sec) a call path or hunt group name is displayed on a Mitel display telephone after an ACD 2000 agent answers a call.

A value of 0 causes the path to be displayed for the duration of the call after the agent answers.

For NameTag hunt group, the value applies whether the call is being answered for the first time, as the result of a local transfer or forward, or as the result of a recall or hold retrieve.

Default value is BLANK

Did you ever find a solution for this?
