Unable to access NuPoint Web Console

Started happening in the last month.  I've tried Firefox, Chrome, Edge, etc.  I've rebooted the MAS server.

Attached is a screenshot.  Just get a white page.

Any ideas?

I have seen that before, can't remember what the issue was.

Work around was to log directly into NuPoint I believe by trying https://{micollab-server}/npm-admin

Seems to be a known issue on versions of MiCollab below 9.6.013

Key Details:

  - Main screen only shows "Administrator logged-in"

I remember getting this with a specific browser, but it sounds like you tried that. Clearing all your cookies for it may help too.

Looks like there is also a patch for certain versions of MiCollab
