Hi,
I just wanted to check whether it’s possible to integrate RingCentral user availability so it can be viewed within Mitel Ignite.

At the moment, the majority of our users are on the RingCentral phone system, while our Customer Call Centre continues to use Mitel Ignite. It would be helpful for the Call Centre team to be able to see the availability or presence status of RingCentral users directly within Ignite or Mitel, purely for visibility and call-handling purposes.
Please let me know if this is something that’s supported, or if there are any alternative options available.
