MiCollab App No Audio - 365 Cloud PC

Hello

I have someone using the MiCollab Desktop App through a Microsoft Windows 365 Cloud PC. It appears she doesn't have any sound but the sound works fine through other apps like YouTube and Microsoft Teams. I've done a Factory Reset of MiCollab and put in the new authentication key. All the settings seem OK and there is max volume in the Sound Settings on Windows for MiCollab.

Just seeing if there is any other permissions or settings I can check?

Are other people able to get audio? Doesn't sound like a PC issue more than a teleworker or firewall issue.

Hello

Other people using MiCollab through the Cloud PC its working fine. This specific user they tried a new headset also and tried the MiCollab Web Version but still nothing. I did a factory reset of the app also but no luck, I'm not 100% sure I feel like its a permissions issue.

When I login to the Cloud PC with this persons account on my own machine with my own headset MiCollab is fine
