Good Day sirs,

Im trying to get the Grandstream HT802V2 configured to work with MBG, what im doing is to have an analog phone at a remote location to have a working line connected to our pbx. What i'm setting up is to have the SIP ATA authenticate to Mitel Border Gateway and get an extension working for the analog phone. Can you provide me some insight on the configuration i needed to make it work. if I set it up inside our network I can get it to work just fine but having it to go through the MBG is a different case. Im not sure what im doing wrong or not doing at all.

Generally speaking, the MBG uses different user names and passwords for the internal and external sides. Also would need to verify necessary ports are open to the MBG if it behind a firewall. You can modify external info if needed and it may need to be done for the password.

All necessary ports are open we have a couple of deskphone in teleworker mode connected via MBG. There are confusing options like, do i need to use TLS for the SIP connection and use port 5061 or leave it as UDP and use port 5060. The part for SIP Authentication password, do I use the teleworker pw, the TUI, or the SIP Password. I tried all of them and it still wont register.
