I've been the owner and operator of MitelForums.com since around 2008. It's been an incredibly rewarding experience and a great resource for the community over the years. However, as my career has shifted, I'm no longer with a Mitel VAR and my current company is transitioning to Cisco, my focus and expertise have naturally moved in that direction.
While the forum has been a valuable part of my professional journey (and a great resume addition), my hands-on experience with Mitel has grown limited. I've only interacted with version 9 briefly and can no longer claim to be up to date with the product line.
Ideally, I would love to see the forum sponsored and maintained by a Mitel VAR or someone still active in that space who can provide the attention and support the community deserves.
I do have a price in mind, and if there's no serious interest from within the forum community, I'll list the domain on GoDaddy for public bidding. If you're interested, feel free to send me a direct message.
Once a deal is finalized, I'll hand over the relevant credentials and continue hosting the site for 30 days to allow for a smooth transition to your own hosting environment. If no buyer comes forward, I'll sadly retire the site and shut it down.
This is a bittersweet moment for me, MitelForums has meant a lot over the years. My hope is that someone (preferably a VAR) will continue its legacy.
