Nupoint Voicemail to Email Failure

Our Nupoint was working fine with O365 but has not stopped.
Our firewall engineer sees that it looks like it ~should~ be working but our email engineer never sees an attempt at sending.
The mailbox itself says the last time it was logged into was Feb 21, 2025 but the user who pointed out the problem received his last VM to email in April.
Are there logs that I can look at that might give me a clue?
Do you have any other suggestions as to what I might look at?

Have you stopped and restarted the advanced um? It think the msblogs will show the reason, could be missing aliases causing a build up or something else. Mot sure of the full path to msblogs but in my opinion if a stop and restart gets it back working, then you should see what issues happen after the reinitialization.

We found the problem.
IN O365 there is an access token that's only good for 1 year.  Creating a new one resolved the problem.

This a pain point.

I believe the longest you can set the token before expiring is two years. Unless there is some sort of reminder this will be forgotten.

Good for security but painful for us techs  ::)
