Incoming calls show which ring group they're coming from, however they register as missed calls if another member of the RG answers the call and are not marked as RG calls. This leads to confusion regarding whether the calls were direct and need to be returned or if they were RG calls.
We are running MiCollab client 9.7.20 (47755) and server 9.8.1.4.
