Report on CDE speed call
« on: June 27, 2024, 03:45:34 PM »
Hello Everyone,

I have a crazy question on the MiVb if a CDE speed call can be reported on that is programmed on a reception phone, it's a 50 site doctors office that all IP phones that home to one vmcd at our data center. Instead of creating schedules on the NuPoint call director Day and night routing we are using a phantom as a steering extension for example 1234 with 2 CDE speed calls, one using Cancel Call Forwarding Follow Me - Third Party #*91234 and Call Forwarding - Follow Me - Third Party #*8 to nupoint CD, so at night the user goes to a phone to press the cfw on CDE button or dials the CDE speed call, and the in the morning they will us the cancel CDE.  Thank you for your time

Not sure what you mean by reported. The only thing I can think of is to route via a loopback trunk that would show some smdr info.

I agree with johnp.  The only way to get reporting on that is to do set up an ARS route through a loopback. That way you can get smdr.
