AX controller upgraded to ver 10.00 , 24 ONSP card not showing in modules

Hi
we upgraded the AX controller to version 10.0 , initially the 24 ONSP card detected , now we cant see any 24 ONSP card in the module

Hi, how did you upgrade it online through service manager? using blades?
