« on: December 11, 2023, 12:04:17 PM »
Hi Team,
I have an Old Astra A300 with sip trunks . I am looking for the ports to open in the router.
Any information will be appreciated .
Thanks.
 Kind regards ,

I am really struggling to get voice in this system . Incoming /outgoing rings but there is no voice each way . Any suggestion will be extremely helpful.

 Thanks

Isn't the Intelligate the precursor to the MiVO400? If so, then maybe it follows the port usage of the 400.

Very good point . I thought that as well but it does seem to be .
The peculiar thing is  I have a web access to the system and there is no NAT settings in it .
 Thanks

no NAT setting under the SIP Trunk's Network interface?
Try to find the Indirect Switching setting (Relay RTP data via communication server) or similar and enable it to test.
Have you taken a packet trace from either the PBX side or router side to see at which leg the RTP is lost?

Hi Team,
Fantastic ! I had to go to site for this one unfortunately. The remote access to the system was only the web base Administration. The AIMS database was not connecting . When I got to site I realised why . The NAT address was still the old ISP address . So all the ports I opened were  fine . All working .
Thanks everyone for your help.
