Please your help to know the maximum distance between SX2000 and Mitel MXe-II through Multimode Fiber Optic.

You don't normally connect those 2 systems with a fiber link. Unless you mean an MXE controller and an SX-2000 peripheral cabinet, which will depend on the FIM modules installed.

The specs for the FIM distances are publicly available at edocs.mitel.com in the Hardware Technical Reference Manual for the MiVoice Business platform, and range between 1km and 14km, depending on the variant.

It depends on the FIM's installed... in theory, infinite (well, on the surface of the earth) with proper electronics, but if you mean connected directly by dark fiber then it's whatever the FIMs are rated at, typically 1km although there were other options.
