mitel fatal exception 4

Hi, I'm having issues with a few phones that where offline. I'm trying to reconnected and I'm getting the error mitel fatal exception 4 address load/instr fetch @2e323931
I made them work just by pressing the blue button, but when I tried them on the destination desk both failed again.
the models are 5330e and 5312.
Any suggestions?
