6867i locked me out

Hello,
I've a strange issue with a 6867i. The last weeks the DHCP failed many times, the utp cable is well and DHCP is delivered when I use a test device.
Yesterday I power cycled the phone and I got the message firmware update, after that I can't login with the default admin password and the web ui is refusing connection.
I hope someone have a suggestion / solution.

Is it connected/registered with a Mitel call server?

It is connected to a mypbx u100.
In emergency mode I can update the firmware but after reboot a new firmware is loaded without default password and no web ui.

I have problems with the editor of this forum. Tomorrow I will block the internet access of the phone on the firewall. Probably I get a clue of the rough firmware.rv

Solved, it was a redirecting issue. After blocking the phone in the firewall, I saw a connecting attemp to an external voip provider. The phone was registered in a redirecting service, so after a Factoring reboot I was locked out.
