Is DND state propagated across site-site trunks?

If I have two MiVB systems trunked together [not clustered] over IP, is DND state propagated/respected?

no because the trunked but not clustered systems aren't aware of the remote DN's in the first place. They just route based on ARS and rely on the remote side MiVB to report back if the dialed DN is dialable.
