MBG SSH issue

Hi,

I have installed version 11.5.2.31 of the MBG, this is a new install.  When I ssh to the machine it prompts for username/password.

However once I enter the user name I get a message on putty
No supported authentication methods available(Server sent: public key). What does that mean ?
