I am really new with Mitel and SfB integration.
Currently, after 8 seconds ringing in Mitel IP Phone, the call will be forwarded to Skype for Business however, it will only ring in 2 seconds and no time to pickup the call in SfB.
Is it possible to extend the ringing in SfB right after Mitel IP Phone forwarded the call?
Really appreciated any help regarding this.
Unfortunately, our vendor did not know about this.
