No, not directly... You should reach out to Ring Central and see about getting an Algo 8180 ringer (or similar device) that can be installed for loud ringing in the plant.
Otherwise it's rip the phone open, tap off the speaker leads to an external powered horn, like a Valcom self amplified horn and power supply.
