CPN substitution
« on: July 24, 2023, 06:33:17 PM »
Ext 201 has CPN substitution enabled

When call forwarding to an external number is activated on ext 201, and 201 is dialed from 301, it's presenting a DDI that neither 201 or 301 are set to present under CPN substitution.. Can't see how, any advice where to look?

What type of trunks to the telco are you using? There's some COS and Trunk Attribute settings that may be involved, but those will vary by the trunk type.
