i have a Question regarding Hunt Group on our Mitel MiVoice 400 Appliance.
I would like to see all unanswered calls on a specific Huntgroup. Is this possible? I know that there is this old java OIP Application but i dont think its really useful.
I just would like to see for e.g. Yesterday how many calls where not answered by the employees in a specific huntgroup..
