I have a call flow I recently built with seven menu points that blind transfer to extensions (all extensions start with 33XX).
I also have a multi-key built to gathered digits. The issue is whenever we try to dial any extension (3XXX) it ignores the multi-key and sends the call to menu point 3.
Any ideas?

Jim, is your "Transfer To" drop down set to "Specified Extension?" Also uncheck Try Call Flow First.

No, the multi-key is set to blind transfer -gathered digits and try call flow is unchecked.
I have other call flows on the same system where multi-key transfer works to gathered digits.

I figured it out...I forgot to increase the number of DTMF digits in the menu...
