New Headset - No call audio with MiCollab

I got a new headset at home (Steelseries Arctus 7+) and I cannot get it to work with MiCollab. If I dial Voicemail I will hear the ringing but then nothing once it picks up. That seems to be the only audio I can get (the ring to voicemail). If I try to call out I hear nothing, same with calls coming in (no ringing) and if I accept there is no audio as well.

Any help would be appreciated, thank you!
