Supervised transfert
« on: October 19, 2022, 12:23:31 PM »
Mivb V9
OMM V8 SP3
Siemens Gigaset Dect ( generic sip phones)

blind transfer works.
For supervised transfer, when we press the R key on the phones and dial a second destination, the second phone doesn't ring (long tone).
on generic sip phones we have many multicall keys.

any idea ?

Have a look at the SIP device capabilities form. Try toggling "Replace System based with Device based In-Call Features".

I assume by "many multicall keys" you mean additional line appearances. If that's the case then I'm out of ideas.
