I am using the MiCollab Client ver. 9.2.153
I am using a Jabra USB headset and have two audio devices on my computer. The default speaker and the headset. PC speaker is set to default device and Jabra headset is set to default communications device. I have Playback Ringtone set to all devices.
When I am not focused on the application, I get a popup notification of an incoming call, the headset sounds a ringtone and the laptop speaker gives a different ringtone similar to a Windows notification, which is not ideal, but it works. However, if I have focus on the MiCollab application the laptop speaker does not make any sound.
Can anyone provide any insight as to why that might be and perhaps offer a solution to make both the laptop speaker and the headset ring when a call comes in?
