let me begin introducing myself, I'm a NOT a PBX or Phone specialist, i'm an IT technician helping a friend. So please be patient with me.
In July the PBX (Mitel 430) while working has turned in Recovery mode (1 second Red blinking status led on booting). I can find the IP, i have installed the REcovery software for emergency procedure, but what i'm missing is the firmware/base software. The Mitel technician who have installed the system is no longer available as they have bankrupted.
My friend doesn't have any licenses' back up. What can they do?
