How to configure outbound calls over primairy trunk only
« on: September 28, 2022, 05:05:22 AM »
Hi All,

Im fairly new to mitel.
we are migrating to a new phone solution, for the testing phase we need to configure the mitel environment to send traffic only via the primairy trunk.

im not sure where to start looking, and hoping someone could point me in te correct direction.

Kind regards,
Wesley

Good morning Wesley,

You have a form called ARS Digits Dialed which takes a dialing sequence and then selects a route or route list to send calls out to your programmed trunks or trunk groups. I would recommend doing an export of those forms before modifying them in case you need to fail back. Sometimes those are straightforward, but if you have an environment with multiple paths and trunks it's a lot to follow.

Think you forgot route plan, not that it is used often
