Wake up call and Expiration Routing (Hospitality 3300)
« on: August 29, 2022, 05:53:24 PM »
I'm trying to send the wake up call not answered notification to multiple phones. Have two extensions and the IP Console 5540 for this to setup. The form for Wake-up Call - Expiration Routing appears to only allow one destination. Is there a work around to make this notification go to a group?

thanks

Did you try a ring group with all members desired?

Yes, attempted it. Issue is IP Console is ext 0 and not recognized or valid for ring group

Add a secondary line on a softkey on the consoles, you should be able to place those in the ring group.
