Hi Guys

I've been working on Mitel MiCCE  (Previously Solidus, NextCC etc) for around 23 years now. ( since helping in the Ericsson Los Angeles development centre with the first release ~1999)

I have been working as an independent developer , developing custom contact centre solutions for around 12 years now and mostly for Mitel Enterprise Contact Centre. ( also Genesys and others). Integration with WFM, Recorders, IVRs, CRMs, custom routing, reporting, Real time displays, scheduling etc etc

I am also the developer of the facebook and Twitter Integration for MiCCE. ( SMG)
