Hello Everyone...

I am new in MItel PBX. Can You guys please help me with Hot standby configuration of 2 MXe III-L server.

This is a large undertaking if these systems are not already clustered, which if they were this would just work already, it requires license changes and a significant reconfiguration of both systems... I suggest engaging your Mitel vendor.

will also require enterprise licensing

adding cluster and sharing data isnt that hard
then making things resilient will take some work
its easy to change extensions , but depending on call flows not everything may work when primary system is offline

Why physical, virtual might make it easier to have a couple systems clustered for redundancy. Any physical would require having all licenses purchased for both systems. In a physical environment, having a backup and moving the sysid would be my approach. Might not be hot, but downtime would be minimal IMHO.
