Configuration of VM auto attendant for two users

Hello Everyone,

I am new in Mitel PBX system. I recently started working on it and that's why facing lot of challenges.
I want to configure greetings guide for two different user so that when someone calls that extension through DID it should play the message first and then route to the user.
I required you guys help on that.

With no additional software this can be a bit tricky. If it's only for two extensions you can create internal-only extensions for the users and have the DID's point to a "Greet and Transfer" mailbox. The DID would hit that message first and then transfer to their Internal extension. If your carrier allows it you can use CPN Substitution to make sure that their DID appears on external calls.

The best practice is follow the steps below.

1: Create an Auto-attendant
2: Record greeting
3: point the DID to AA extension Using DNIS Map
4: if you don't want to select individual option for each user create HuntGroup add those members to that HG, and in AA select timeout option and point to the HG extension.
