HX Controller re-ip

Hello,

I'm needing to re-ip a HX 5000 controller running 6.0 SP2.59.  The steps are really straight forward, however; I'm in need of the management software.

Would someone be kind enough to point me in the right direction?  Our Mitel vendor is unresponsive.

If you only have a base-system with only the base processor then you can change it through the display on the controller.

If you have a PS-1 I would contact a Mitel Vendor to do that work.

If that is not the case you will need the System Administration and Diagnostics software with the right plug-in.

Once you get in to the DB you would go to System > IP Settings to make the necessary changes.
