Caller ID not in Emails

We have Unified Messaging setup in the Nupoint but the Call Display is not coming through on the emails.   call display options are enabled in the Class of Service on the Nupoint Ports.

Assuming this is using NuPoint UM, check the FCOS of the mailbox and make sure bits 262-264 and 280 are enabled.

It is Nupoint UM-SMTP and FCOS 264, 264 and 280 were on.  I enabled 262 and will have them try it.

My voice mails to email had been working fine with the caller ID. I did an upgrade of the NuPoint and it broke it again. Mitel sent me Roll-up Patch: NPM-2047, NPM-2112, NPM-2242 and installed it. That fixed it again.
